05/17/10: We will be launching the Pho Challenge tomorrow 5/18/10 only at the Bradshaw location for now, The Pho Challenge will be a regular menu item for anyone wishing to try to eat 2 lbs. of noodle and 2 lbs. of meat in 60 minutes or less. If its done the meal is FREE and you will receive a t shirt. On our launch day we will be offering discounts on the challenge in our quest to find our first Pho King or Queen.

04/19/10: I have updated the promotions page for the week, so be sure to check that out. Also, as some of you may know last summer we extended our hours to 3am. Well, its back starting April 29th we will be open til 3am every Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

01/18/10: Hello everyone, we have changed some of the promotions offered this week so be sure to check those out. We have also uploaded a video from Vietnam on Pho which I'm sure some of you will find very enjoyable. Also it has come to my attention this week that some of my friends were not exactly sure what the name of our restaurant means, so here we go Pho, of course as you all know is the noodle soup and Bac means North. North Vietnam is where pho was created. Hoa means chinese style and Viet means Vietnamese style. So there you go a short lesson in another language. As always enjoy!

i love the food here... i grew up in little saigon in orange county and they have a plethora of great vietnamese restaurants and when I moved up here i miss the great food down there but your restaurant really made up for it. =)

This is one of our family favorites!! Great selection and friendly staff. Great for take out or a sit down meal with friends and family. The atomosphere is quaint and cozy - and if you have a late night craving during the weekends this location stays open till 3am!

... SP and I usually order something from the 50's category and I usually get a nice Vietnamese hot coffee (served with condensed milk); CK usually orders something Chinese... always good food, always good prices, always good service, and loads of Yum!

Great menu! So many things to chose from. The place is clean, and tastefully decorated. The food is fresh, and authentic. We had the beef and tendon pho, and it was very good. Nice broth, with noodles, and beef. The accompanying plate of bean sprout, basil and jalapenos were fresh and clean. The mango shake we ordered was tasty and so pretty we almost didn't want to consume it. We will definitely be coming back here! You won't be disappointed--give it a try!

Aloha! Hoa Viet is our new favorite restaurant. We try to get there at least once a week. We go to the E Bidwell location as it is the closest to our home. The food is excellent and so fresh and not too salty like other Asian foods. This website is great and the coupons are greatly appreciated... We love the food and the service is outstanding!

This is my favorite of the Hoa Viet outlets. Okay, so I have only been to this one and the one on Broadway and the one on Bradshaw is really close to home. But it does have very fresh and tasty Vietnamese food at a very reasonable price.

All of their pho and noodle soups are comforts food to me year round, but especially when the weather turns cold and wet. I really appreciate the recent upgrades to the menu and decor. While I have no problem eating at hole-in-the-walls for the sake of killer food, it's nice to see an Asian restaurant go beyond decades old decor and have great food. The servers are very friendly and the pho themed T-shirts are really fun.

I hope the new menu and website with photos aplenty will introduce Vietnamese food to more people.

We've been eating at the various Hoa Viet restaurants since they've opened. We're particularly fond of the Bradshaw location. The food is absolutely delicious and we've never been dissatisfied with the quantity or quality. We've recommended Hoa Viet to many of our friends with positive results. Keep up the good work! Pho FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trying to find a good Vietnamese restaurant in the Roseville area is like trying to meet a virgin in a Lamaze class, not going to happen. But this place is closest to finding that virgin in a Lamaze class.

The food is good. The service is actually awesome, especially for a Asian restaurant. They will actually refill your water. The place is also clean.

Best pho in the Roseville area so far.

Pho Bac - Bradshaw branch is my favorite restaurant.

Great, healthy food! Quick service! Wonderful staff! Nice ambiance! Those who manage this branch are the BEST! Especially appreciate their choice of soft background music while dining - it relaxes us from our hectic, fast pace at work. So we drive here for our lunch break or when meeting deadlines - just order in. I've shared, referred and directed friends, family and officemates to this Bradshaw branch and they all love my favorite restaurant as well.

Way to go! Keep up the great customer service and delicious food!

fair vietnamese resto in the area, with fair amount of ppl going there during lunch time (among top 5 choices for our office's staffs)... affordable price with good portion of food.

This place has a great variety of dishes and reasonable prices.The pho soup (large) is enough to fill up for lunch. I would recommend the beef stew soup for a small twist on an American type dish.The service is good, and usually fast. I eat here almost once a week.

My girlfriend and I have been here several times and have always had great food and excellent service. The place is always clean, the staff friendly and the portions are also generous. I would highly recomend this place.
